Chinese key player in wireless communication solutions completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in a Greek company, based in Aegio, with offices in Athens and Armenia, providing ASIC design services and developing RF, analog and mixed signal IP cores.

Christos Golfinopoulos advised and represented the Greek company throughout the negotiations to a successful closing.
